Day 2 of building my data science foundation I realized that knowing syntax isn’t the the same as being able to solve a dataset end to end. I could write python scripts and follow notebooks , but I struggled to connect a business goal to a clear question, meaningful metrics and a coherent analysis. So I’m stepping back from tools and focusing on how problems are framed how metrics are chosen, and how trade offs are reasoned about. I am documenting the process as I close this gap. ##datasciencejo
