The Election Commission of Bhutan (ECB) is recommending postal voters to return their ballots only after watching the candidates’ public debate. In the past, the ECB says people thought their ballots needed to be returned immediately after they were delivered. However, the commission says there is enough time to decide and return their postal ballots. The commission usually gives around a month for postal voters to return their ballots.
